New monk skil idea : Protect and Serve.
15 energy, 1/4 sec cast, 20 sec recharge, unlinked. Four 4 sec your party members are enchanted with Protect and Serve and take 1/3 less damage from all sources. When this enchantment ends the part member is healed for 60 HP. discuss. |

It wont see the day but...
make it have 45 seconds recharge and 2 seconds cast, and it may be balanced |

thats pretty imbalanced they should lengthen recharge and cast.
